The Princess Bride (1987)The Princess Bride (1987) – As with any good fairytale romance there is a Princess, an evil villain and of course a hero. The dashing hero spends most of the movie trying to save the former farm girl from becoming the Princess bride of the evil villain. In typical fairytale form the villain is equally determined that the girl will become his bride and will stop at nothing to ensure it happens, despite her obvious distaste for him. This is a classic tale of true love with lots of exciting adventures thrown in for added measure.
